By creating an account, connecting your wallet, or otherwise using Grassland Forest, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Overview of Services

Grassland Forest is a decentralized gaming platform (Web3 game) that allows players to:

Own, trade, and upgrade digital assets based on NFTs (e.g., seeds, characters, tools, resources).
Interact with smart contracts on the blockchain.
Engage in gameplay activities (farming, missions, trading, resource management).

Some features may require a compatible wallet and payment of blockchain transaction fees (e.g., gas fees).

3. Wallet and Blockchain Use

Grassland Forest does not store your private keys or wallet credentials. All transactions initiated through the game are processed via blockchain networks (e.g., Ronin, Ethereum, or other compatible networks). These transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for managing, securing, and backing up your digital wallet.

4. NFTs and Digital Assets

In-game items (such as tools, land, characters, or resources) may be represented as NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or utility tokens. Ownership of such assets is recorded on the blockchain and controlled via your wallet’s private key. Grassland Forest makes no guarantees or promises regarding the economic value, profitability, or future utility of any NFT or token. Prices and values may fluctuate based on market conditions and factors beyond our control.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Use exploits, hacks, bots, or automated software to gain unfair advantage.
Tamper with the game or its smart contracts in unauthorized ways.
Upload or distribute malicious, offensive, or harmful content.

Grassland Forest reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for users who violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, code, music, characters, storylines, logos, and designs belong to the Grassland Forest team and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. NFTs or assets purchased by players do not grant any rights to Grassland Forest’s source code, trademarks, or intellectual property.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Grassland Forest at any time, with or without notice, if your conduct violates these Terms or harms the game, its economy, or the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grassland Forest, its team, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, including loss of data, tokens, or digital assets.
